**Refund Policy:**  
We offer a 14-day return and refund window for all items starting from the day they are received. Please note that custom orders, including personalized items, and mystery boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Cancellations

Any canceled orders after 2 business days will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
